In case if the debitor doesn't fulfill his / her commitments then Ved Bhawan reserves its right to invlove collection agencies and make other parties aware of the financial practices of the none-paying parties. In this process Ved Bhawan doen't guarantee the reveal of your
personal informations openly. Ved Bhawan doesn't accept any responsibility for the damage caused by this. However it is only the debitor who can prevent this situation by making arrangaments to pay of the costs or make such arrangements to settle the balances in future dates. However it doen't waive any legal remedy for recovery of the dues. |

As a client / member, by involving us for any service or product, you agree that the laws of the state of Delhi, India, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Ved Bhawan India (as service provider) or its associates. Jurisdiction for anyone else other than client / member 2. As a worker or anyone else than a member or a client, you agree that the laws of the state of The Fedral Republic of Germany without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Ved Bhawan International (as governing organization) or its associates. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
